    How to avoid cracking of my account?

    Although Globus takes all required measures to provide security of your account, it’s still possible that violators can get access to it.

    It is possible if:

    1. You enter your Globus account using somebody else’s computer and forget to exit after you complete working with it.
    2. Your contact email has been cracked that enables violators to recover your password.

    You are strongly recommended to follow the security rules:

    1. Use email service, which provides two-factor authorization (password+ code sent by SMS to your telephone) to get an access, Gmail, for instance.
    2. Use two-factor authorization (password+ code sent by SMS to your telephone) to enter your payment system account.
    3. Use a strong passwords consisting of UPPER and lowercase letters, special characters (@#$%^&*()_+<>:;!?.'") and numbers at least 8 characters in length. Different sites should have different passwords.

    How does my status (active/inactive) impacts on my balance?

    You can see your status (active/inactive) in the Personal office. For calculation of compensation, we consider your status for YESTERDAY. It means that if you are inactive today, it doesn’t affect compensations from your team. But, if you haven’t viewed, at least, one content during pending date, according to the UTC time, you won’t get any compensation from your team. Therefore, if you were inactive yesterday, you won’t have compensations from your team today, and if you are active today, you’ll get compensations from your team tomorrow, no matter whether you are active or not.

    Globus does not guarantee any quantity of content to anybody. Everything depends on advertiser. Our system enables to distribute it over the whole country or separate areas and filter ads distribution in various ways. If any content is not for you, you won’t get it. That’s why you should be oriented not to great number of contents you get, but to team-building that would embrace all areas and groups of people. In this case, you’ll have good income in Globus.     Where does money to pay compensations come from?

    What is missed payments and how can it happen?

    The access to the compensations from various levels is provided if you have required quantity of active people you have invited personally.Active user is the one who has viewed at least 1 content for the last 24 hours.

    • If you have 1 active individual you have invited personally, you get compensations from your Level 1 only.
    • If you have 2 active individuals you have invited personally, you get compensations from Level 1 and Level 2.
    • If you have 3 active individuals you have invited personally, you get compensations from Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
    Thus, to get compensations from all 7 levels, you need to have, at least, 7 active individuals at your Level 1. The payments you could get are called missed payments.

    What should I do to create advertising campaign in a correct way?

    One image is enough to create advertising campaign, which will be automatically converted to be displayed on devices with horizon-oriented (PCs and Notes ) and vertical-oriented (smartphones) screens. You can make vertical-oriented image yourself.

    When the horizon-oriented image is loaded only, it will be rotated 90 degrees clockwise to fit it to the vertical mode.

    How does ads distribution auction work?

    Ads auction is won by advertiser who offers the highest price for impression. The impression cost is set within minimum and maximum price. Minimum price is calculated in accordance with targeting settings of advertising campaign. Maximum price is set by advertiser. If ads distribution is available, the minimum required amount to win auction will be withdrawn from advertising campaign balance. For example: Mark is advertiser, he has created advertising campaign and his set minimum price for one impression, according to calculations, is 0.001, while his maximum price is 0.015. Jessica is one of available users from targeted group. They set all advertising campaigns from all advertisers she can get. If it is only advertising campaign from Mark, Jessica gets his content at minimum price that is 0.001. Now imagine that David, who is another advertiser, comes up with his advertising campaign and 0.007 as maximum price for impression. Now two contents are available to Jessica that she can get. And this is Mark who wins again, but now the price for his impression is equal to the minimum price required to win auction that is 0.008.     The links shorteners provide additional functions to monitor links statistics. However, you are going to do it at your own risk. Some antivirus software prevent from visiting such services that can reduce efficiency of advertising campaigns. If it is required, use UTM-tags and Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica.     Anti-Virus blocks the program. What to do?

    Some antivirus companies periodically add our program to their virus databases, despite the fact that our programs are open and any competent expert is able to look at their source code and understand that there is nothing harmful there. Maybe it`s the machinations of competitors, we do not know. Therefore, for our program to work, it may be necessary to add it to the antivirus exceptions.

    To add an application to the antivirus exceptions, find where it is located on your computer. Since we use ClickOnce technology, the application is not installed in the Program Files as usual, but just like it is done on smartphones - in a special folder of your Windows. That`s why you must first determine in which folder the application is installed.
    1. Temporarily disable the protection of your antivirus.
    2. If our application is not installed, install it. Or just run it by clicking on the Globus icon on the desktop.
    3. Open the Task Manager (Ctr + Alt + Del) and go to the tab where the running programs are displayed.
    4. Find a Globus among them and right-click on it, then open the file location from the menu. This will open the folder in which the program is installed.
    5. Copy the full path to this folder from the address bar of the window.
    6. Add this path to the antivirus exceptions:

    • It may be caused by blocking of connections with the port 20004 by your Internet-provider. In spite of decrease of such providers, things still happen. Contact your Internet-provider to open connection with the port 20004.

    Installation Error for Windows. What should I do?

    Error 1.

    If you get the installation error message like that, make sure that it is not installed already, since it’s impossible to install the same software version twice.

    Error 2.

    If you get the installation error message like that, it means, likely, you haven’t installed the NET Framework 4 Client profile, which is required to run the soft, and it can’t be downloaded automatically. To solve this problem, download it yourself from here, install it and run Globus installation once more again.

    It could be incorrect Internet Explorer settings.

    Probably you are using an outdated version of Windows 7, which includes an outdated Internet Explorer 8 browser. Our program uses it as a browser, which is on all computers without exception, to display parts of the advertisement that have HTML code.
